Refund Policy
There is no refund or return policy for JustDK purchased items except for the following conditions:
In the above, you will receive a replacement of the item at no extra cost or a full refund along with any shipping fees incurred.
Just make sure to contact us within 3 days from the day your order is delivered, making sure that the item is in its original packaging, unworn and in the same condition you received it.

The process to return the item
- 1- Call us on our number +971 4 2950222 or via “Contact Us” on JustDK.ae website within 3 days from the day your order is delivered.
- 2- An email will be sent to you confirming receipt of your complaint. A pick-up will be scheduled by our courier services.
- 3- Pack the item with its packaging in its original state, leaving any bar code or labels on the box. Hand over the package to the courier representative.
- 4- As soon as your returned item is received and inspected, your refund/replacement will be processed.
